As Managing Director, Paul Knapp is responsible for the acquisition, debt and equity financing, management and disposition of Saint Paul Properties’ real estate portfolio. Working all sides of the industry, Paul has bought, sold, financed, developed, redeveloped and managed office and industrial properties across the country.

Jack Reichert brings 43 years of business and manucaturing experience to his role as Director of Finance, and Accounting . He is licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and taught Finance and Accounting at the University of St Thomas in the MBA program.

Brad has over 20 years experience working as a senior financial analyst in corporate properties management and mortgage with a large financial institution. He has also held positions in IT and Project Management in the airline industry.
